Prior to joining SMS, Rodney spent nearly two decades in the wireless industry. The last 17 of those were spent in various roles, including sales, sales coaching, sales training, recruiting, and interviewing new salespeople. He has also excelled at developing regional sales leaders across the country.

Living in various states, including Alabama, Florida, Oregon and Tennessee exposed Rodney to challenges in many different sales environments.

Rodney has years of experience working in a high-activity sales culture with one of the best privately-owned $1B+ companies in America. Throughout this time he was coached and mentored by some of the best corporate leaders anywhere.

SalesManage Solutions is the perfect stage for Rodney to take what he has learned and apply it to various industries. Rodney is especially passionate about helping salespeople understand the WHY behind what they do and how they make decisions. He greatly enjoys working with people and helping them succeed as individuals and as sales professionals.

Rodney currently lives in Alabama with his bride Kim, their 5-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old Son.
