Sue Thaden is CEO of Client Resources, Inc., a premium IT staffing firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. Founded in 1999, CRi quickly became the leading source for IT talent and solutions in the Midwest region as the staffing partner for over 180 businesses in 22 states in industries including Insurance, Banking and Finance, Transportation, Government and many others.

In 2015, Thaden and her team launched a product-based business, From Now On, out of CRi’s innovation lab. Over an 8-year period, From Now On’s flagship product, FanX, became the mobile fan engagement solution for over 100 High Schools, 160 college athletic departments and championship events including NCAA Men’s and Women’s Final Four, College World Series, and Ohio State University. In 2023, From Now On was successfully exited to Snap! Mobile, a sports technology company based in Austin, Texas.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Sue has expertise in building and leading the execution of overall business and marketing strategy as well as developing customer and employee-centered culture in an organization. She has been the founder or advisor in several start ups/new businesses actively leading in all aspects of starting, growing and exiting the business. She is a dedicated community leader serving as an advisory board member for organizations at the intersection of IT and workforce development. She is currently involved in the Women in IT Committee at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), Habitat For Humanity Omaha Board Member, University of Nebraska Foundation Board Member, Children’s Nebraska Board Member and the UNO College of Information Science & Technology Deans advisory board.

Sue has served on several Boards from National Privately owned large corporations to community impact organizations.

Sue lives in Omaha with her husband Rick and has three daughters -- Lauren, an Actuary at Physicians Mutual in Omaha, Gracie, a 2024 Nebraska Wesleyan graduate now attending UNL Law School, and Katherine, a Sophmore at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
