Sue Thaden is founder and CEO of two successful businesses, both built around cultures of service and constant growth. She founded her first venture, Client Resources, Inc. (CRi) in 1999, quickly becoming the leading partner for IT talent and solutions in the Omaha region. In 2015, Sue and her team launched a new company out of CRi’s innovation lab. They developed and released FanX, a mobile fan engagement solution, forming a new entity in From Now On (FNO) in the Sprots Tech sector.
The FNO vision is to be the community engagement platform for sports and events. After five years in the market, FNO now offers a mobile engagement solution serving over 150 US colleges, high schools, teams, venues, and events, including multiple NCAA Championship events.
With over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, Sue has expertise in building and leading the execution of business and marketing strategy as well as developing customer-centric culture in organizations. She is a dedicated community leader serving as an advisory board member for organizations at the intersection of IT, community and public policy.
