As the pandemic fades into the background, there is no question that it has left a lasting impression on how staffing firms operate. Although some sales organizations struggled to sell when prospect/client lunches and office visits were put on hold, the remote work environment has opened new possibilities. While the last several years have been a favorable development for many firms, from reducing staffing firms’ real estate footprint and expenses to enabling expansion into markets without a “brick and mortar” presence – as with any adverse condition (e.g., Y2K, the crash, the 2008 crisis, and COVID-19) – the right mindset and vision will fuel success.

In this interactive session, the panel will share powerful stories of resiliency powered by vulnerability, authenticity, and curiosity and explore the strategies to ensure continued success in a remote and hybrid work environment.
