Workforce diversity is key to the success of any organization. The staffing industry plays a unique role in the evolution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by enabling its clients to find and employ a more diverse workforce. But the industry must also reflect the very same diverse profiles that it promotes. The first Gender Diversity and Equity Within the Staffing and Recruitment Industry report was released two years ago. In this session, Kip Wright will present the findings of the newly released second industry benchmark survey and measure the progress over the last two years.
