Noel Wolf is a respected and renowned leader in IT Recruiting in the Chicago metropolitan area. He has more than 25 years of Information Technology experience in recruiting, sales, and operational management. Noel has successfully led and developed recruiting teams for many consulting organizations over his career, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and margins, which positioned multiple organizations for subsequent acquisition.
Noel is the Founder and Managing Partner for Collinwood Technlogy Partners, a Veteran Owned Information Technology Staffing firm with a nationwide reach and offices in Chicago (HQ), Dallas, and Indianapolis. As a Partner at Collinwood, Noel oversees day-to-day operations and also leads and trains the recruiting staff.
Outside of Collinwood, has many varied organizations that he is involved with and supports. Noel serves as the Chapter President of TechServe Alliance – Midwest. TechServe is a national IT staffing association dedicated to advancing excellence and ethics within the IT staffing and solutions industry. Noel also serves as the co-state manager for the National Veteran Business Development Council’s (NVBDC) “50 State Manager Scholarship” Program. The program was established to invest in our future leaders and show appreciation to those enrolled in an ROTC program by providing college scholarships that provide funds to individuals of veteran families who are enrolled in an ROTC program while attending a high school or higher education institution. Additionally, Noel serves as the Chair of the annual Chicago event for a Veteran Charity Golf outing, Tee It Up for the Troops. Noel also is the Head Coach for a 16u/2025 Travel Baseball team through Elite Sports Performance (ESP Baseball).
Noel is a Marine Corps Veteran (serving 1988-1996) and was on active duty during Operation Desert Shield (1991). Noel attended Cleveland State University with a double degree focus in English and Political Science. He currently lives in the southwestern suburbs of Chicago.
