Lindsey has spent nearly 20 years in the Staffing and Recruitment industry, leading marketing organizations across the globe. Her career has spanned multiple countries and markets to support B2B organizations to profitably scale and mature their marketing strategies - and even led her overseas, to live in Sydney, Australia. Having managed senior marketing teams both client and agency side, she has a strong focus on leveraging digital marketing and demand gen to deliver results and achieve business goals. As a marketing leader, she thrives on empowering teams to reach their full potential and enabling businesses to generate growth through digital marketing and automation.

Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles at Adecco Group, Modis and ClearEdge Marketing. She is currently the Global Head of Marketing for LHH, and also sits on the Advisory Boards for the Recruiting Acceleration Platform, Staffing Engine, as well as Growth Marketing firm, SWIDIA.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her two young daughters and husband at home in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, hiking, playing tennis and exploring new destinations across the globe.
