She has over 25 years of experience leading global commercialization efforts for companies ranging from tech start-ups to Fortune 50 multinationals, and has been influential in re-defining the employment screening industry for the past 7 years.
Her passion for sharing knowledge has led to speaking engagements in Asia, EMEA, Mexico, Canada and the US, and she has provided expertise for publications ranging from HR Daily to Bloomberg Law.
Karen graduated with honors from Elon University with dual degrees in Economics and English and holds a MBA in International Marketing from Western International University.
