Elyse Garrett joined Bullhorn as the Director of the suite of extension products. She is responsible for overseeing the implementation of these innovative technologies and partners with Global Enterprise clients to develop their digital strategy. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Elyse led the Digital Innovation team for one of the largest Global IT & Engineering staffing firms. Throughout her tenure with Adecco/Akkodis, she led numerous IT implementations and established the Continuous Improvement division. She has been an operations and IT leader for 10+ years, where 7+ of those were served in the staffing industry.

Elyse’s passion for candidate and client experience landed her a seat on the Global Customer Experience team. She collaborates with colleagues from around the world to create strategies to improve these experiences, often through the use of technology.

Her vision is to equip clients with the tools needed to effectively put people to work fast so they can support their families, progress in their careers, and reach their limitless potential!
