Keynote: AI and its Implications for the Future of Recruiting and Work
Dr. Chrissann Ruehle is the Provost Faculty Fellow for AI, and a respected management faculty member with expertise in artificial intelligence ethics and human-machine interactions. She holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and has published several research papers and book chapters in the areas of AI ethics, human-computer interaction, and decision-making. She has earned certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI from the IBM Skills Academy. She facilitated Florida Gulf Coast University's first AI course through the IBM Skills Academy. Dr. Ruehle's research focuses on the ethical implications of AI and how to ensure that it serves society's best interests. She is also an accomplished speaker, frequently presenting her work at conferences and events worldwide.
