Traci Newkirk is an award-winning, speaker, coach, and business owner. She and her husband partnered 17 years ago to open Intellectual Capitol Inc., an IT Staffing and Consulting company with over 50 employees. Through that work, she has honed her skills by teaching others ways to value themselves and others. She is finishing her Masters in Organizational Leadership and has 6 additional certifications through Gallup in Employing Top Talent, Individual Development, Team Coaching, Entrepreneurship, High-Performance Management and Engagement. She is certified in Clifton StrengthsFinder, DISC and Enneagram. Traci has won 7 Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, 5- 25 SC Fastest Growing Companies award, 4 Roaring 20s (Top 20 companies in SC) and the 2016 Greenville Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year. She is the Vice Chair of Leadership Development for the Greenville County Chamber of Commerce and is a volunteer coach with the Minority Business Accelerator Program.
