Brad Rosen serves as the Vice President of Training & Talent Acquisition at Dexian. Joining Dexian in 1997, Brad has navigated various roles, including recruiter, account manager, managing director, and training & development. He holds a Bachelor's in Advertising from the University of Florida. His team has won the APEX training award seven consecutive years and built an acquisition team from scratch, consistently hiring 150 people a year.
Through Dexian, Brad finds fulfillment in placing people in opportunities that are the right fit for both the individual and the client, ultimately leading to permanent job placements.
