As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Airswift, Anna Frazzetto is an IT solutions strategist whose digital transformation and data analytics expertise guides businesses of all sizes and industries, from leading U.S. enterprises to fast-growing start-ups. As CRO, she is dedicated to helping organizations expand their digital capabilities, embrace innovation, and tackle business challenges leveraging data analytics, cloud, social, and mobile technology. She is dedicated to working with organizations of all sizes to help drive revenue and growth both for her organization and her clients globally.
Prior to joining Airswift, Frazzetto was President and Chief Digital Technology Officer for NashTech Global, part of the Harvey Nash PLC family. At NashTech, she led outsourced and offshore software development teams in North America and the APAC region as they built and maintained mission-critical systems and applications for businesses worldwide. She opened new markets across ASIAPAC for Harvey Nash PLC in her 15-year stint.
Frazzetto is passionate about driving sales for an organization and helps define new products and service offerings. Her mantra is always to increase barriers to exit for her clients by providing them with the support and services they need to excel in their businesses.
Frazzetto has been on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for five consecutive years (2017-2021). She is a regular contributor to CIO.com and sits on the Forbes Technology Council. A sought-after speaker on digital innovation, outsourcing/offshoring initiatives, staffing services diversification and workplace DEI &B programs, she was named to SIA’s Top 50 DEI Influencers list in 2021. Frazzetto has been on the speaking circuit for SIA, ASA, TechServe, and various other staffing-oriented forums for the last decade.
Frazzetto is also an enthusiastic advocate for increasing the numbers and influence of women in technology. She is currently the national chair of ARA, an organization committed to attracting, retaining, and advancing women in IT.
Frazzetto is one of the co-authors of “Together We Rise” book that fosters mentorship, helping women rise and dealing with impostor syndromes.
