Amy Schulz is the Sr. Director of Global Procurement & Operations for Hallmark Cards, Inc. & Media, responsible for leading the Indirect Global Procurement organization responsible for technical, non-technical and supply chain purchasing teams since 2018.

Previously, Amy held a leadership role in Global Procurement/Sourcing for Sprint/T-Mobile. During her tenure of over 13 years, she launched the Contracts Team while leading complex IT software, Staff Augmentation & Managed Services negotiations; Merger & Acquisitions; Special Initiatives; and Lean Process Improvement efforts.

Amy continued leveraging her leadership and legal skills for a private Risk Retention and Insurance Company as the Director of Legal Affairs for over five years while managing internal staff and outsourced legal counsel across North America. Prior to that she worked in management and procurement for five years at a state university where she oversaw special events and diverse staff of forty.

Amy currently advises business partners across the enterprise and oversees a team of 23 responsible for the strategic procurement, contracting, and negotiations for:

• Technology Acquisitions (software/hardware/hosting)
• Technical Services (managed services, staff augmentation, implementation services)
• Non-Technical Services (consulting engagements, contingent labor)
• Indirect Supply Chain (MRO, Capitol Equipment, & Facilities)

As a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership, Amy advises key stakeholders and advances major strategic initiatives for Hallmark and its Global Affiliates such as: ERP & Cost Transformation, Sustainability & Green Initiatives, DE&I, AI/Digital, and multiple COEs/COPs.

Amy has served as Co-Lead for the SIM - IT Sourcing Council (ITSC) f/k/a ITPWG since November 2024 and is an active member of the KC Procurement Working Group (KCPWG), Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and Hallmark Women in Technology organization.
