Jerome’s career has been woven into the fabric of Staffing since 1998 when he became one of the first 100 employees of Monster.com. He has helped countless companies transition to online talent acquisition, develop their digital brand strategy and adopt SAAS solutions over the years. As part of a top 10 global staffing provider, he managed branch and regional P&L’s with oversight of all sales and delivery within Light Industrial as well as Professional/Technical verticals. More recently, he has been an integral part of the global evolution to semantic search, match and automation while minding data integrity, security and the candidate experience within the process.
Jerome currently runs sales for Mercury xRM across North America, advocating the qualities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for the Staffing space. He lives in rural Massachusetts spending much of his time trying to make it to every game, play, and parent teacher conference for his two teenaged kids while attempting to stay fit skiing and cycling.
