She has been in the staffing industry for over 10 years, building employee development programs and best practices for recruiters and sales professionals. Her added experience in IT recruiting, talent acquisition, operations, and digital transformation has grown into a passion for uncovering the most efficient and effective ways to develop employees and set them up for success. She is a believer in "the power of the team," mentorship, and that we never stop learning. A true Jersey girl at heart, Amanda is a Rutgers University grad and currently resides in Hillsborough, NJ, with her husband and twin daughters
