Angie Keller is responsible for Talent Services for Randstad Digital Americas, a $1.5B technology talent solutions firm. She also oversees Randstad Digital’s permanent placement strategy and execution globally. A creative & authentic leader, Angie is dedicated to global collaboration and partnerships both internally and externally to drive business results for her customers.

Prior to joining Randstad Digital, Angie served as the President of Randstad Engineering. Her operational excellence and insights on a multitude of strategic imperatives were central to Randstad Engineering and Randstad Digital’s transformation efforts in 2023.

Recognized for her ability to foster deep client and partner relationships, her expertise is regularly shared through thought leadership and speaking engagements. Angie has been previously honored on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 under 40 list, Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 list, and ISG’s Women in Digital list. An advocate for advancing women in STEM careers, she serves as a co-chair of Randstad Digital’s Remarkable Women in Randstad Digital business resource group, a member of Randstad’s global WIN (women’s inclusion network), and a mentor in Randstad North America’s WIRED group (Women in Randstad Empowering Development) and sits on Randstad North America’s Executive Diversity Steering Committee.

Externally, she is a volunteer for Girls on the Run, and recently was a top “Big Wig” fundraiser for Susan G. Komen. She has enhanced her leadership skills through the Randstad/Insead Strategic Executive Program, as well as Executive education through the London Business School. She received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
