Mike Small serves as the President of North America for Akkodis, the Adecco Group’s technology solutions business and a global leader in digital engineering, IT, consulting, and staffing. In this role, Mike leads the region’s strategy and growth, helping clients accelerate innovation and transform their businesses through cutting-edge digital solutions spanning eight global industries and seven specialized technology practices.

In addition to his leadership at Akkodis, Mike is the Adecco Group US Country President. Here, he fosters collaboration, drives growth, enhances cross-organizational efficiencies, and unlocks ecosystem solutions across Adecco Group brands in the United States, including Adecco, Akkodis, LHH, and Pontoon.

Before joining Akkodis, Mike was the CEO of Americas at Sitel Group, a renowned BPO company. He led operational, financial, human resources, and sales functions across North and Latin America, playing a pivotal role in establishing Sitel as a global industry leader.

Throughout his career, Mike has held key leadership positions in several reputable organizations. His roles include senior executive positions at VXI & Symbio Global Solutions, Capgemini BPO, and Hewlett Packard/MphasiS in Bengaluru, India. Additionally, Mike has over a decade of experience at IBM, where he excelled in multiple leadership roles.

Mike is a strong advocate for making the future work for everyone. He supports initiatives such as the Adecco Group’s Military Alliance and Women’s Networking Group and is involved with programs like Girls Who Code that help prepare the next generation of tech professionals. He also serves on the board of the Expect Miracles Foundation, which funds life-saving cancer research.

Mike holds a business degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Queen's School of Business in Canada.
