Before Be Additive, Hank was the Founder and CEO of one the largest offshore RPOs (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and ran the company for 18 years. Our accomplishments included:

Hank holds his master’s in management from the Sloan School at MIT and bachelor’s in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
