Attendee Bio
As a big picture founder of 10+ companies, Jeff continues to challenge the main stream - seeing around corners - at the intersection of talent, tech and brand building. Harnessing a master skillset - both as founder/designer(visualization) and Leader/CEO (stick to see results) makes Jeff a special breed of entrepreneur.
Jeff’s life work is in Talent Management - highlighted by the founding Monster.com (454th .com) creating 2 key patents reinventing the way the world looks for work. Monster grew to 9000+ employees in 35 countries and nearly 2B in revenue under Jeff’s leadership.
Jeff also worked for Ray Dalio at Bridgewater Associates- the largest hedge fund in the world. As Creative Leader/COS Jeff dove head first into the radically transparent world of Ray - designing the major systems firm wide to understand what people a like - eventually project managing the Principles book, videos and social outreach and eventually carving this effort off as a separate company to deeply understand what people are like in other large corporations.
The combination of running Monster.com -CEO/Chief MONSTER as a public company for 8+ years and working through the complex deep people understanding at Bridgewater make Jeff uniquely qualified to run Boomband.
