In 2024, Andy expanded his role to Chief Executive Officer of TalentTek—a global portfolio of staffing technology solutions. Under his leadership, TalentTek is revolutionizing how organizations find, engage, and hire top talent through agentic AI that handles complexity while allowing recruitment professionals to focus on what they do best: building meaningful connections between talent and opportunity.

Andy's approach is shaped by nearly two decades in IT services and consulting prior to founding Tracker. As European Operations Director at Decisions Made Easy (part of The Nielsen Company) and Head of Strategic Bidding at Parity, he developed deep expertise in business transformation and IT strategy, experience that drives TalentTek's progressive AI agenda today.
