He has championed data-driven and people-centered approaches to recruiting, integrating automation, analytics, and quality-control systems that elevate both recruiter performance and candidate experience. Roger also pioneered the firm’s client-maturity model, a framework that deepens client relationships and enhances outcomes through continuous improvement.
