Dan has spent 27 years in the staffing industry leading teams across all areas of staffing including technology, biotech, life sciences, finance & accounting, pharmaceutical as well as general/professional. He started in the numbers as a CFO and moved up through executive leadership, so he understands the business from the balance sheet to the front lines. For the past eight years he has served as President of several staffing organizations, and the results have followed him. At IntePros, he grew the company's revenue & Gross Margin run rate by 143% in four years and increased profits by 2000%. At TPA, headcount and Gross Margin dollars grew 73%, while profit grew 475% in the last year alone.
He holds a BS in Accounting from Assumption University and an MS in Accounting from Bentley University. When he isn't building teams, you'll probably find him on the golf course.
