Sean Mallapurkar is the Founder & CEO of Recruit CRM, an AI-First ATS + CRM system for staffing firms.
Because his father ran Randstad India and ADP (India), Sean grew up around family friends building staffing and recruitment businesses, which shaped his belief that well-run recruitment businesses can create life-changing outcomes for those who build them.
After graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2.5 years and running a funded startup in the Bay Area, Sean founded Recruit CRM with his father in 2017.
Since then, they have scaled the company to serve over 2000 staffing and recruitment businesses across 100+ countries, all while remaining completely bootstrapped.
