Before joining ATP, Megan held senior leadership roles at a national staffing firm where she led teams responsible for more than $200M in annual revenue. She has built and scaled recruiting operations across multiple specialties, implemented data-driven performance strategies, and led integration efforts following a major enterprise acquisition—all while fostering a strong, inclusive, and results-oriented culture.
