Alanna is located in New York where she previously worked in the PEO industry for over 10 years prior to joining TechServe 360 as our Operations Manager in September 2023. She was promoted to Director of Operations in September of 2024. Her accumulated experience has spanned many areas over the course of her career, including payroll, operations, product management, implementation, and client services. Her multifaceted expertise has equipped her with a unique 360 point of view across various departments and enabled the creation of standard operating procedures to ensure all clients receive consistent, exceptional service.
