With more than 28 years of experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry, Tom Jewett brings deep expertise in driving transformation and operational excellence on a global scale. As Vice President of the Strategy & Integration Office at Allegis Global Solutions, Tom leads our Strategic Communication, Marketing, Product Strategy and Technology teams – leading enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate strategy, technology and communications to accelerate growth and innovation.

Tom’s career journey began at Aerotek as a technical recruiter before advancing into account management roles. Since joining AGS in 2007, Tom has held leadership positions across Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations, including Executive Director of Operations and Vice President of North American Operations. Today, he oversees strategic programs that shape AGS’ future, including global delivery optimization, technology enablement, and transformation initiatives.

Under Tom’s leadership, AGS has achieved industry recognition as a Leader and Star Performer in Everest Group’s PEAK® Matrix Assessments, driven by advancements in analytics, automation, and partnerships with innovators like Globality,UiPath, Lightcast, and Brightfield. His focus on leveraging technology and data ensures AGS remains at the forefront of workforce solutions, helping clients exceed goals and prepare for future growth.
