Under his leadership, 3Ci has blended its trusted IT staffing foundation with strategic workforce advisory services—driving measurable growth in margin, fill-rate, and client satisfaction.

Anthony has been instrumental in strengthening enterprise partnerships, modernizing internal recruiting operations, and advancing the adoption of agentic AI workflows, resource management systems, and data-driven performance frameworks that elevate both client outcomes and consultant engagement across the Southeast.

As a former collegiate baseball player, Anthony has taken a "Moneyball" approach to delivering the most efficient processes internally in order to deliver top-notch results. Currently Anthony resides in Atlanta, GA along with his wife Sara and two young children.
