Boris Portman is Founder and CEO of BetterEngineer, which helps high-growth technology companies build stronger engineering teams through a blend of AI, thoughtful staffing and recruiting, and cross-border US / LatAm team design. BetterEngineer is looking to partner and / or acquire US based technical staffing firms. A software leader, entrepreneur, and investor, he brings experience across engineering, company building, and talent strategy. Boris also leads Salsa Ventures and has served as a mentor and advisor within the startup ecosystem. He holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon in software engineering, computer science, math, and business.
