Dawn Scarfo is an accomplished Human Resources executive with more than 30 years of experience in HR leadership, employee relations, benefits administration, and workforce compliance. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing strong relationships, delivering practical HR solutions, and providing exceptional client service.
Since joining TechServe Alliance in March 2024, Dawn has played a key role in supporting staffing firms through TechServe360, helping clients navigate the complexities of human resources, payroll administration, employee benefits, and multistate employment compliance. She works closely with staffing firms to provide personalized HR guidance, streamline administrative processes, and develop solutions that support their business needs.
Prior to joining TechServe Alliance, Dawn held senior HR leadership positions, including Manager, Director, and Vice President of Human Resources, with organizations such as Acclaim Entertainment, Multex, GlobeOp Back Offices, and Reuters. Her experience also includes leadership within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Administrative Services Organization (ASO) industries, where she specialized in multistate employment compliance and client-focused HR services.
Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Adelphi University. She earned her initial Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 1991.
Dawn resides on Long Island, New York, with her husband and three children.
