Mike Dades is the founder and CEO of Rylem Staffing, a nationwide staffing firm connecting companies with professionals in technology, accounting and finance, marketing, creative, human resources, and administration. Headquartered in Seattle, Rylem supports employers across the United States through onshore and offshore staffing.

Mike brings a hands-on operator’s perspective to building sales teams, strengthening recruiting operations, and helping clients meet evolving workforce needs. His current focus includes applying AI and automation to improve staffing workflows while keeping relationships and human judgment central to the business.

Outside of work, Mike is a proud father of two and an avid golfer and boater.
