Barb is internationally recognized as one of the top experts in the Staffing, Recruiting and Sales Professions. LinkedIn Learning just released her latest course in October addressing the impact of AI on interviewing and hiring. Barb’s 18 courses on LinkedIn Learning have been translated into different languages and are approved for continuing education programs for their Enterprise Clients.

Barb’s web-based Tutors, in-house training sessions, customized webinars and executive consulting have increased sales and profits for 100% of her clients, including many TSA members. She is known for her no-nonsense, practical approach and takes a personal interest in each training client, to ensure they achieve a greater level of success.

Her tutors were upgraded this year to reflect changes impacting the Staffing and Recruiting Profession. Her new LMS offers training on video for individuals who prefer watching videos to reading. Her new tutors Add Direct Hire and Add Flexible Staffing are helping owners offer a blended business model to their clients.

Barb was instrumental in helping design TechServe Alliance’s Certification Program and is currently working with TechServe Alliance to upgrade the program. She has received many state and national awards, held many leadership roles, and values her continued partnership with TechServe Alliance.
