While in the past almost all consultants worked on client premises and were expected to commute, the pandemic changed everything.  As many clients have continued to allow their internal employees flexibility on how and where to work, that flexibility has in many (but not all) cases been extended to consultants.  Where roles are fully remote, this has allowed the search for candidates to expand from exclusively locally focused to national in scope.  In this session, the panel will explore both the challenges and opportunities presented by recruiting on a nationwide basis.  Hear how some staffing firms have successfully implemented a nationwide recruiting strategy.
