Vikki joined the Consulting Services division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, inc. in 2006 as the division’s first dedicated Technical Recruiter and has been a driving force in growing the firm’s recruiting capabilities over the last 16 years. Vikki is responsible for training all of the division’s associate recruiters using the intensive multi-week training program she developed. She is also responsible for mentoring and developing all recruiting staff. Vikki also has the perspective of someone who has risen through the ranks: She joined LRS as a Technical Recruiter and was promoted to Supervisor of Technical Recruiting and Manager of Recruiting before she was named Director. Her knowledge of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to assessing their capabilities and negotiating rates for consultants, is unparalleled. Vikki has more than 24 years of experience in technical recruiting, including work at such companies as Technisource (now Randstad) and Hudson Global Resources.
