Kip Havel leads the global marketing and communications function for Dexian (formerly DISYS and Signature Consultants), one of the largest IT and professional staffing solutions providers in the U.S. He led the creation of the Dexian brand in 2023 after the successful integration of DISYS and Signature Consultants which joined forces in 2021.
He has nearly 25 years of professional experience and has led significant brand transformations and successful marketing programs for companies in the U.S. and across the world.
In addition, he has been recognized as one of “4 Under 40” Emerging Leaders nationally by the American Marketing Association (yes, 4!), a “Rising Star” by PR Week and an “Ace Communicator” by Ragan/PR Daily.
Prior to joining Dexian in 2020, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Cross Country Healthcare, SVP of U.S. Marketing at Randstad, the largest HR services firm in the world, and VP of Integrated Marketing at Aflac, a Fortune 120 company and the nation’s largest provider of supplemental insurance.
Kip has also held marketing leadership roles at SFN Group and started his career at global PR agencies Hill + Knowlton Strategies and Edelman Worldwide.
He and his teams have received numerous awards and accolades, including multiple PRSA Silver and Bronze Anvil Awards, recognition as the top social media program in the insurance industry by Northwestern University for two consecutive years and one of his social media programs was named as BrandWeek’s #2 Bright Idea of 2008.
