He joined Dexian in 2021 with over 31 years of experience in staffing and enterprise sales. Geoff was a founding member of Signature Consultants and played a pivotal role in establishing the company's enterprise accounts and sales teams. Geoff's career is built on the values of prioritizing people and our clients and consultants. He is an active volunteer, serving on several boards and committees including UNC Charlotte Board of Trustees. Good Fellows, Executive Committee of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance and was Vice-Chair for the 2025 PGA Championship representing Quail Hollow.

Geoff enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling and hitting the links as an avid golfer. With 29 years of marriage and three kids, he values family and finds balance by prioritizing what matters most. As a believer in giving back, he finds fulfillment volunteering in areas where his contributions can positively impact others, creating a holistic work-life balance that benefits both himself and his community.
