The opening networking reception , joint with SIM TechExec and Summit Sponsors, brings everyone together in a relaxed setting overlooking the Pacific.
• November 10 brings the industry's biggest strategic questions into the room. From AI and solutions transformation to client buying behavior and talent strategy, the day is built around the issues leaders are navigating right now. The morning opens with a joint TechServe & SIM keynote, followed by the CIO/CTO Roundtables — small-group conversations with senior technology executives from SIM TechExec on what they are seeing inside their organizations and how they are thinking about the year ahead. Educational blocks throughout the day cover the most pressing topics in IT and engineering staffing, including a dedicated Solutions Work Room featuring real case studies. The morning opens with a featured keynote from Ron Hetrick of Lightcast on what the labor market is actually doing right now and what it means for the next twelve months. Educational blocks throughout the day are focused on the trends shaping the future of the industry. Midday brings the Annual Technology Executive Women's Luncheon, co-hosted with SIM TechExec and dedicated to advancing women in leadership across both communities. We close the summit with additional thought leadership, and of course, we celebrate the end of the Summit and what is ahead for our industry with one final toast.
