Meet Our Facilitators

Our co-facilitators, Casey Jacox and Chris Mader: 60 years in staffing sales and leadership. Two published books. Two practitioners who hunted, billed, led, and built at the highest level of this industry — now teaching exactly how they did it.

Casey Jacox
Author, Win the Relationship, Not the Deal  · Founder, Winning The Relationship, LLC ·  Host, The Quarterback DadCast

A former college quarterback, Casey spent his corporate career at Kforce, where he was the number one sales rep nationwide for ten consecutive years and ultimately left in 2019 as the all-time leading salesperson in the firm’s nearly 60-year history. As an individual producer, Casey built a book of business exceeding $100,000 per week in gross profit — a number most staffing offices would take, from one desk. He then served as President of Client Strategy and Partnerships, driving sales transformation and executive-level support for Kforce’s largest customers.

Today Casey is a keynote speaker, sales leadership coach, and executive coach whose work centers on Humility, Vulnerability, and Curiosity as superpowers for life, sales, and leadership. He is the same person in and out of work — a father, husband, coach, and passionate builder of genuine, long-lasting relationships. His conviction is simple: if we’re not having fun, why do we go to work?

Chris Mader
Author, Make the Adjustment ·  Founder & CEO, MTA Consultancy  ·  EOS-Style Implementer & Executive Coach

A 49th-round draft pick who became captain of the Hickory Crawdads, a South Atlantic League All-Star, and the Chicago White Sox organization’s Single-A Player of the Year — sharing an All-Star infield with Derek Jeter and spring training reps with Michael Jordan and Bo Jackson — Chris learned early that the players who go furthest are the ones willing to make the adjustment when the game changes.

He carried that lesson through twenty years at Randstad, climbing from account manager to advising the global board of a $26 billion company and building the leadership program for 180 leaders across a $1.4 billion business. As a producer, Chris built his desk beyond $30,000 per week in gross profit twice, in two different markets, and grew his office to over $100,000 per week. Anyone can catch a hot market once; doing it twice is a system. He went on to run a $102 million business unit at Medicus Healthcare Solutions and serve as Chief Revenue Officer and interim CEO of Optimum Healthcare IT, a $116 million firm. Eleven President’s Club awards at Randstad tell the same story his clients tell now.

Named a Top 15 Coach in Boston, Chris keynotes for private equity firms, professional staffing companies, and business owners across every sector, speaks without slides, and coaches leaders to stop being the bottleneck. The line he hears most is the one he’s proudest of: I wish I had called him sooner.
