TechServe Alliance presents The Leadership Essentials Series, a two-part virtual training series powered by ClearEdge Rising, a leadership accelerator for professionals in the staffing space. Designed specifically for emerging and advancing leaders in the staffing and solutions industry, this program strengthens the essential competencies that drive team performance and enhance critical leadership skills.

Each series includes five coach-led sessions focused on practical tools and real-world application. Through expert facilitation and a supportive peer community, participants will walk away with actionable strategies they can apply immediately—boosting leadership impact, deepening engagement, and preparing for future advancement.

Participation in the Leadership Essentials Series includes five facilitated sessions per series.

To maximize your learning experience, we encourage attendees to participate in the live webinar sessions; however, on-demand recordings will be available if scheduling does not permit live attendance.

The Leadership Essentials Series training is offered as a two-series virtual webinar program, delivered live with on-demand access and supported by handouts. Each series includes five sessions. One attendee is permitted per registration, and group discounts are available.

Each training webinar will include:

• an overview of each leadership skill

• actionable frameworks and techniques

• skills that directly improve collaboration, performance, and team growth

• improved communication skills across leadership areas of focus

• handouts to support content

• on-demand access to webinar recordings
