Conference Policies

Conference dress is business resort-wear.

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to TechServe Alliance at staff@techservealliance.org. Full conference registration refund requests received by September 9, 2024 will receive a refund, less a $250 processing fee per registrant for packages and a $50 processing fee for event tickets. Refund requests received September 9, 2024 - October 15, 2024 will receive a 50% refund per registrant.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 15, 2024. Substitutions are permitted. To streamline onsite registration for the substitute, we appreciate advance notification of substitutions whenever possible.

The sponsoring organization and planners of this conference assume no responsibility for the comments expressed by any speaker; each speaker is solely responsible for his or her own statements. Similarly, the sponsoring organization and planners disclaim any responsibility for written materials disseminated by any participant of the conference.

A TechServe Alliance conference badge is required for admission to the educational sessions and functions associated with your registration package. Anyone attending a TechServe Alliance educational session or function must be registered and must, at all times, display the appropriate badge. There will be a $100 charge for lost badges.

Any group function or event held in conjunction with the TechServe Alliance Executive Summit must be approved in advance in writing by TechServe Alliance. No outside events or functions may be held during scheduled TechServe Alliance activities. Hospitality suites must also be approved in advance in writing by TechServe Alliance. TechServe Alliance reserves the right to prohibit any function or event it does not specifically authorize.

In consideration of all of our speakers and attendees, all cell phones and similar devices must be muted or turned off during conference sessions. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Smoking of cigarettes or cigars is allowed in outdoor areas. 

In case of emergency dial: 911 and your call will be routed to Local Law Enforcement. For non-emergency situations, dial “0” for hotel security. 

The sponsoring organization and planners of this conference assume no responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions of any suppliers to this meeting, nor for the safety of any participant while attending the conference or in transit to or from the conference. The planners and sponsors reserve the right to cancel this conference. In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled, liability of the sponsoring organization and planners is limited to a refund of the registration fee.

Attendees who purchase nonrefundable airline tickets do so at their own risk. Submission of your registration form and payment of your registration fees constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.

Luggage can be stored on an individual basis and handled by the bell team right outside the main doors of the hotel on the Front Drive.
