You’ll learn to elevate your thinking, move past fear-driven barriers, and ground your strategy in purpose to better guide your team and organization.
You’ll learn how to:
- Distinguish between strategic planning and a strategic mindset, and why both matter
- Recognize the role of vulnerability, uncertainty, and risk in strategic thinking
- Identify and overcome common challenges that block strategic thinking, including time, distractions, and fear
- Expand your perspective and anticipate market needs
- Apply practical models such as SWOT/SOAR, scenario planning, the 5–9 Whys, and Blue Ocean thinking
TRAINING 2 - Burnout Unpacked: Recognize, Respond, Recover

In this session, you’ll learn how to recognize the difference between stress and burnout, identify the conditions that trigger burnout, and develop strategies that support well-being for yourself and your team. Unaddressed burnout has significant consequences: reduced performance, lower creativity, higher turnover, and decreased team cohesion. Prevent burnout before it escalates!
You’ll learn how to:
- Distinguish between stress and burnout and understand why the difference matters
- Identify the workplace conditions that most commonly lead to burnout
- Recognize early warning signs in yourself and others
- Use practical strategies like curiosity, boundary-setting, prioritization, and supportive habits to prevent or address burnout
- Foster psychological safety by normalizing conversations around mental strain, workload pressure and emotional well-being
TRAINING 3 – Unlock Performance through Coach-Like Leadership

- Use curiosity as a core coaching skill to open up new possibilities
- Craft powerful questions that are short, simple, open-ended, and thought-provoking
- Articulate themes, patterns, or discrepancies with confidence and respect
- Ask permission before offering observations or challenges to maintain trust and psychological safety
TRAINING 4 - Motivation that Lasts: Creating Conditions Where People Thrive

In this session, you’ll explore the deeper forces behind motivation - beyond productivity, rewards, and pressure. You’ll learn how intrinsic motivation fuels creativity, commitment, and sustainable performance, and how to shift your approach from short-term incentives to meaningful, people-centered drivers.
You’ll learn how to:
- Reframe motivation through a broader “why” that connects daily work to meaningful impact
- Recognize the limitations of rewards and punishments, and why they often undermine creativity
- Identify intrinsic motivators and understand how purpose, autonomy, and mastery work together
- Use curiosity to interrupt labeling and assumptions that suppress motivation
- Create conditions that encourage growth, experimentation, and sustained engagement
TRAINING 5 – Setting Healthy Boundaries for Stronger Teams

In this session, you’ll deepen your understanding of what boundaries are, and what they are not. You’ll learn how to identify what matters most to you, communicate limits effectively, and recognize when unspoken boundaries may be causing tension. Through practical tools and real-world application, you’ll explore how to set and hold boundaries with yourself and others.
You’ll learn how to:
- Understand the true purpose of boundaries and why they focus on your actions, not controlling others
- Identify what’s important to you, your values, needs, and conditions for integrity
- Recognize emotional cues such as resentment that signal a boundary is needed
- Support boundary-setting on your team by noticing tension, addressing misalignment, and modeling healthy practices
