Jennifer Higgins, VP, Rising, ClearEdge, ACC, is a leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker with over 30 years of experience—18 of those in the staffing industry—helping individuals and organizations lead with authenticity and impact. 

Jennifer partners with emerging and established leaders as they step into new roles, navigate career transitions, and unlock their full potential. Her one-on-one coaching is known for blending deep empathy with honest accountability, helping clients lead with clarity, confidence, and resilience. 

Beyond individual coaching, Jennifer works closely with organizations to develop leadership from the inside out. She designs and facilitates dynamic workshops, trainings, and leadership programs that address the human side of leadership—including setting boundaries, preventing burnout, leading with presence, and challenging perfectionism.
