Executive Summit & TechServe’s COVID-19 Policy

A Message From TechServe's CEO

We are looking forward to hosting the TechServe Alliance Executive Summit November 17-19th at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island. The Executive Summit includes the IT Talent Forum jointly presented by TechServe Alliance and Society for Information Management (SIM) — the ‘first of its kind’ opportunity to network with both industry peers as well as CIOs, CTOs and other IT leaders.

With the recent increase in COVID-19 cases attributable to Delta Variant mostly among the unvaccinated population, we have received questions regarding the event and our COVID-19 policy. I want to assure you TechServe is committed first and foremost to the health and well-being of all Executive Summit attendees. We understand the uncertainty surrounding travel and event attendance during these unprecedented times. We want you to know that all event staff are either vaccinated or are required to wear a mask. We are also asking all attendees to be likewise vaccinated or wear a mask throughout the program. We will be continuously monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local officials and the host hotel and will provide updates to policies as appropriate. You can find additional information on Ritz-Carlton policies hereIn the event TechServe has to cancel the event due to COVID-19 or TechServe determines CDC, state, local or hotel restrictions make the event as planned untenable, we will refund attendee registration in full.

I hope to see you on Nov. 17th in Amelia Island where we can finally break bread, re-engage and re-charge together.

Regards,

Mark Roberts,

CEO
