Conference Policies

A TechServe Alliance conference badge is required for admission to the educational sessions and functions associated with your registration package. Anyone attending a TechServe Alliance educational session or function must be registered and must, at all times, display the appropriate badge. There will be a $100 charge for lost badges.

Attire

Conference dress is business resort-wear. 

Hold Harmless Clause

The sponsoring organization and planners of this conference assume no responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions of any suppliers to this meeting, nor for the safety of any participant while attending the conference or in transit to or from the conference. The planners and sponsors reserve the right to cancel this conference. In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled, liability of the sponsoring organization and planners is limited to a refund of the registration fee.

Attendees who purchase nonrefundable airline tickets do so at their own risk. Submission of your registration form and payment of your registration fees constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.

Speaker Clause

The sponsoring organization and planners of this conference assume no responsibility for the comments expressed by any speaker; each speaker is solely responsible for his or her own statements. Similarly, the sponsoring organization and planners disclaim any responsibility for written materials disseminated by any participant of the conference.

Private Business/Social Function Policy

Any group function or event held in conjunction with the TechServe Alliance Executive Summit must be approved in advance in writing by TechServe Alliance. No outside events or functions may be held during scheduled TechServe Alliance activities. Hospitality suites must also be approved in advance in writing by TechServe Alliance. TechServe Alliance reserves the right to prohibit any function or event it does not specifically authorize.

Cell Phone Use and No Smoking Policy

In consideration of all of our speakers and attendees, all cell phones, pagers, and similar devices must be muted or turned off during conference sessions. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at La Quinta. Smoking of cigarettes or cigars is allowed in outdoor areas. 

ATM Locations
The ATM can be found found next to the gift shop, on the lower level, near the Plaza and Diego meeting rooms.

Emergency Numbers

In case of emergency dial: security base at 760-564-7633.  La Quinta prefer this to 911 first, since they are a large property, Security can direct medical personnel to the exact location needed.

Boarding Pass Printing

Boarding pass printing is available in the hotel lobby.

Luggage Storage

Luggage can be stored on an individual basis and handled by the bell team right outside the main doors of the hotel on the Front Drive.
